Fire Damage Restoration

Upon arrival, our representative will conduct a thorough inspection of the affected area. The primary goal is to identify the source of the damage and assess the extent of its impact on your property. We will carefully document the situation, noting which areas have been affected and determining the best course of action to restore your property to its pre-loss condition.

During our initial visit, immediate action will be taken to mitigate further secondary damage and address any potential hazards, and implement safety precautions.

One of our technicians will also assess the restorability of the structure and contents. This evaluation helps us determine which items can be salvaged through restoration and which may need to be replaced. Our expertise allows us to make informed decisions about the most effective strategies for restoring your property and its contents.

By conducting a comprehensive assessment and considering the restorability of the structure and contents, we are able to develop a tailored plan that addresses the specific needs of your property. We understand the urgency of fire-related damage and are available 24/7 to respond swiftly to your emergency. Our team is always ready and able to provide immediate assistance.

Our friendly staff members are not only compassionate but also deeply understand the challenges you face when your property or business is affected by fire damage. We prioritize your needs and strive to offer the utmost support throughout the restoration process.

Triage:

We will initially discuss your emergency scenario and triage the job. This allows our team to develop a profile within our proprietary software and help them to understand the resources required prior to dispatching one of our technicians.

Initial inspection & assessment:

Our technicians attend your property to conduct assessment to visually and technically assess your individual scenario. With the use of moisture meters, thermal cameras and sampling when required we determine the extent of damage and provide an initial scope and quote of recommended work.

Fire-related damage often involves a combination of soot, smoke, ash, and odour. Additionally, the process of extinguishing the fire may result in water damage, which also needs to be addressed. If water-affected structures and contents are left untreated for more than 72 hours, there is a possibility of mould growth, which may require remediation as well.

Scope of work approved:

Once you have reviewed and accepted our proposed scope of work and quotation, our project managers will organize the assigned technicians to commence work. We understand that time is of the essence in fire damage restoration, and we will promptly initiate the necessary steps to restore your property.

Our comprehensive fire restoration process aims to address all aspects of the damage, including soot, smoke, ash, odour, and any associated water damage. With our expertise and prompt response, we strive to minimize the impact of the fire and restore your property to its pre-loss condition.
