Triage:

To streamline our response, we initiate a thorough discussion of your emergency scenario, allowing us to create a profile within our proprietary software. This enables us to better comprehend the resources required before dispatching our skilled technicians.

Initial inspection & assessment:

Upon arrival, our representative will meticulously inspect and document the situation. Our goal is to identify the source of the damage, assess the affected areas, and determine the most effective course of action to restore your property to its pre-loss condition. During this phase, immediate measures will be taken to mitigate further secondary damage and address potential hazards.

During this step a scope and restoration plan will be discussed and a price quoted to perform required work.

Restoration work commences:

Once you approve the restoration plan and quote, our team will commence the necessary work without delay. In the initial stages, we focus on extracting surface water from wet carpets and other affected areas.

If deemed non-restorable, wet carpets and underlay may need to be removed and disposed of to facilitate efficient drying of walls, timber, or concrete subflooring.

Moisture content percentage (MC%) will be documented, guiding the placement and setup of drying equipment. We will also remove or relocate affected contents to prevent additional water damage.

Monitoring of drying:

Upon completing our initial visit, our technician will discuss the next steps with you. Typically, this involves returning to the site within the first 24-72 hours to monitor the drying progress, make necessary adjustments, and record the MC% of affected materials.

These follow-up visits also offer an opportunity to address any additional restoration needs, perform further assessments, and document contents as required.

Final inspection and documentation:

During our final visit, our technicians will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and prepare a final report. They will take moisture content readings of affected materials to ensure your property meets the dryness standards outlined in the S500 IICRC Standard and recommendations.

This thorough approach ensures that your property has been restored to an acceptable dry standard, providing you with peace of mind.
